Turkey and Cheddar Lettuce Wrap

Also Include: 2 flatbreads

 
Turkey and Cheddar Lettuce Wrap*

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast
  • 1 oz. low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil and vinegar dressing (light)

Directions:

Divide turkey and cheese evenly and top on 2 stacked lettuce leaves; drizzle with dressing and roll up. Serve.

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich with salad and milk

Also Include: 2 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup chopped or sliced cucumber
2 tbsp. salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
1 1/2 cups nonfat, skim milk
16 whole almonds
3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

 
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich*

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 2 slices low sodium whole wheat bread

Directions:

Place cheese and tomato slices on bread. Lightly coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place sandwich in skillet and lightly brown bread on both sides. Serve.
