Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage and Peppers, English muffin and fruit

Also Include: 1 whole wheat English muffin
1 small orange

 
Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage and Peppers*

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 oz. turkey breakfast sausage

Directions:

Whisk liquid eggs. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet to medium high heat. Sauté peppers 2-3 minutes. Chop or crumble turkey sausage and add to skillet; cook 2 or 3 more minutes. Pour in eggs and scramble until done. Serve.
